Hot stamping and color printing are the main operations for presenting printed products. Printing can be more delicate and four-color overprinting can be achieved, while hot stamping can display various metallic textures, including holographic films. Another feature of hot stamping is the use of heat and pressure to create embossed or debossed surface textures on the material, which are effects that color printing alone cannot easily achieve.
Three-Axis Three-Position Hot Stamping
The patented design of HOLO SOLUTION's hot stamping equipment allows for the simultaneous use of three different films. With three types of film being hot stamped at once, not only is production speed increased, but the positioning accuracy of the three-color films is also greatly improved.
Hot Stamping and Die Cutting in One Operation
The machine has two main processing stations, allowing for direct die cutting to create finished products after hot stamping.
Multiple Texture Effects in One Go
Embossing, debossing, embossing patterns, positioning hot stamping, multi-color hot stamping... various surface processing textures can all be achieved! Of course, multiple effects can also be combined to create even richer variations.
